Milling process:

Fixture the board

Underlay: Sacrificial material

Zeroing: Set the tool right on top of the material

Lower bit, at fasten set screw (watch not to overturn)

Tool life-time (not clean cut aways = buy a new bit).

Deburring:

Cleaning: Soap and water

Soldering:

Orientation:

  • Læg en klat loddetin på det ene ben
  • Placer komponent med tang
  • Lod det andet ben færdig
  • Resolder det første ben

Order:

Gå fra bund til top og fra inderst til yderst

Desolder:

Læg en lille klat tin på "Solder braid" og brug det til at trække tin ud.
